NFTS is a powerful protocol implemented on top of ERC20/ERC721 standards.
In today's world, Scam, Spoof and other hacking capabilities are very common and can lead to financial losses. As an application or brand owner these subjects are important to consider in order to protect your business reputation and profits (credibility, trustability, royalties,..),
Hopefully, NFTS can help because the protocol add a new security layer (like https for http) allowing NFT usage when trustability is needed (authentication, shared secrets over public blockchain, …).

¶ NFTS and Certificates
Certificates technology ensure information privacy and help to check information origin or accuracy. When implemented, Certificates technology open the path to Trustability and Security.
NFTS implements Certificates technology over well known NFT standards (like https over http). Once trusted, NFTS can serve multiple needs. Just select your case and start building your own applications serenly :
- Tickets : Sell NFT as tickets to your main events (Live events, Gig, Conference, travel, …),
- License : Sell NFT as a license for a Software, Service, …
- Identification : Sell NFT to authenticate your end user or employees (MFA, Open ID, VPN ID,…).

¶ NFTS Protocol
Built on top of ERC20/ERC721 standards, NFTS adds 4 simple functions to your solidity code :
- _NFTS_Issuer() : return a string which represent the public PKI reference (exemple “nfttoid.com”).
- _NFTS_Version() : return a string which represent the protocol version (exemple “v1.0”).
- _NFTS_CompanyCertificate() : return a certificate as string from the referenced PKI (like a classic .cer file).
- _NFTS_Certificate() : return a certificate as string from the referenced PKI (like a classic .cer file).
NB, Company and NFT Certificates are linked to the public PKI in the following order : PKI→Company→NFT.
¶ NFTS Explorer and Trustability Checker
Extracting or checking NFT content require high technical knowledge.
NFTS Explorer is a tool powered by NFT to ID which makes it easier for everyone to identify if a NFT is trustable or not. It provides clear and understandable informations about NFT and NFTS protocol based on simple public Ethereum informations.
